  • Two Quarterlies and two Assemblies per year
  • Special Events: WRAASA, travel to Regional Forums
  • Facilitating workshops, district inventories, etc., throughout BC/Yukon
  • Delegate travel to General Service Office in New York annually and other travel assignments (ie: Delegate’s Report)
  • Literature supplies for Workshops and Correctional facilities
  • Area archives – housing, maintenance, digitization and sharing information
  • Office rent & utilities, storage fees, rent for GSC meetings
  • Committee email, online storage, software licensing
  • Office and hybrid meeting equipment/computers
  • Grassroots newsletter production and distribution
  • Website hosting, maintenance and security
  • Insurance for area office and events funded by area
  • Committee expenses
