Open, non religious/non traditional AA meeting. We read from the "Proactive 12 steps", and engage in a more CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) style formate. We often utilize a CBT tool, strategy or technique for clarification/discussion.
This is a meeting for those who are less inclined to religious based ideas, and more about learning about and understanding our own inner workings in order to become free from the compulsions that have us trapped in addictive patterns.

**"Proactive 12 steps text examines the original AA 12 steps and promotes discussion around how the steps help understand/untangle trauma and addiction with or without belief in God/Higher power"
